2) Originality Protection:
How do we protect and promote your original chemicals
Patent chemicals (for researchers with chemical invention patent)
you need to submit your Patent document or patent ID to prove your patent authorization on the product,
Original Chemicals (for original inventors of the chemicals)
you need to document with supportive information (including HNMR, synthesis details, etc) to prove that you are the ealiest reporter of a chemical in the world (patent not necessary) you will have the inventn authorization on CoChemist.
Patent owners and original inventors will 1)have authorizations to supply the product exclusively on CoChemist. 2) receive regular reports from CoChemist, with statistics of the invented chemicals on CoChemist, including inquiries, deals, and interests in your product,
Payment Terms:
How to earn profits
sell your chemicals to other researchers at certain price (set by yourself)
If the product is provided by other sources on CoChemist, you could earn a "royalty" without directly supplying the chemicals.
We could pay you by following ways according to your choice:

directly paid into your personal or organization account

we could recharge to your account of mainstream reagent companies

to recharge your CoChemist account, the value of which could be used to buy chemicals on CoChemist and our collaborator companies.

all the document information is collected from public pages of academic publication websites or uploaded by users
